Toad Hall is our family home set in half an acre of gardens above Holders on Bamboo Ridge, St James. The house comprises three ensuite double bedrooms at ground floor level, surrounding a koi pond, with a further, separate, ensuite apartment (available soon). The Villa is about four minutes by car from the excellent Payne's Bay beach and within easy reach of Holetown. Set facing west is a 45ft by 15ft verandah overlooking the extensive gardens, a private pool and a large gazebo. Car recommended. Booking enquiries welcome.
The House
Toad Hall Villa comprises of three ensuite bedrooms, an indoor-outdoor living area and a well equipped kitchen. In addition to the main villa, there is a separate en-suite apartment complete with kitchenette.

The gardens and grounds are west facing and comprise half an acre with a gazebo and salt water swimming pool. Located in an up-market residential area, the house is well away from the hustle and bustle, private and quiet.

Located in an up-market residential area Toad Hall is within minutes of Holetown, Sandy Lane and the major restaurants on the west coast including The Tides, Daphne’s, Nishi and Cliff Beach, while being in easy reach of La Cabane the current must-go beach bar.
