Please see our Short Term Rental Agreement for rental terms and conditions which include:

• Minimum of 5 nights stay

• Cancellations within 45-30 days prior to arrival will be able to use a credit of 50% of booking total against a future stay. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be given a refund unless a replacement rental is found
