Toad Hall is an architect-designed building, surrounding a koi pond, with large windows allowing the prevailing breeze to cool the rooms. It's just minutes above Payne's Bay beach and Daphne's restaurant; close to Holetown’s Lime Grove Centre and, of course, on the borders of the Sandy Lane estate and its golf courses.
